Best reader and writer settings for Autocad?

Hi,

I'm re-projecting some 3D AutoCAD drawings. After converting them the filesize goes from 4mb to around 40mb, this is using the deault settings for the reader and writer, so not sure why they have increased in size with re-projecting the data from snakegrid to OSGB.

What are the best read and write settings when reading and writing AutoCAD files?
