It's already supported... go to http://www.safe.com/fme/format-search/ and tap in SDF. You'll see it's possible to Read and Write both Autodesk MapGuide (Version 6.5 and older) SDF and Autodesk MapGuide Enterprise SDF.

Thanks Dave! I really appreaciate it. This will definitely help us with our desire to get parcel data from CAD to GIS quicker.
