AutoCAD MPolygon with fill pattern colors

How do I set the MPolygon line color seperate from the fill pattern color in FME 2015?

Changing the Color value changes both, and setting the attribute autoccad_color (as recommended in a related post) does nothing. If I go into AutoCAD, I can set the line color seperate from the fill - but I'm not sure how to tell FME to output this combo. I am using the REALDWG writer.

Thanks,

Bryan

Hi,

Is it possible to provide sample data of input and output?

Pratap,

I received an answer from support. For AutoCAD, leave the Color value in the DWGStyler blank and instead use a FeatureColorSetter before it to set both the boundary and fill colors. It isn't intuitive by any means, but it does work.

In general, the AutoCAD documentation on how to set a lot of these features for the writer really needs some work. FME can output most settings - but figuring out how to do it is somewhat painful as it is not well documented.
