Autocad dimensions to ESRI geodatabase problem

Hi

 

Is there an Autocad equivalent of the Microstation Convert_Dimensions.fmw file ?

 

 

I have tried modifying the settings in this file to suit Autocad attributes but can't seem to get it to work.

 

 

Can anybody please give me some pointers to modify it properly or provide a link to an already modified version?
