I have visited the https://fme.safe.com/downloads/ page and found some items of interest in the “Change log” - but would like to know a little more than the very short description provided.
The product updates page https://community.safe.com/product-updates offers Feature Highlights for certain builds, but some of the items I want to know more about are not discussed.
Is there a location on the website containing release notes, or slightly longer descriptions of the “Adds”, “Bugs”, and “Updates” mentioned in the Change log?

The Enhanced Tag Management for Schedules and Automations was mainly a UX improvement for tags in FME Flow that included the following:
Manage Tags:
- The user is able to save the tag even if changes were not made to the tag.
- Can search and filter Tags on Manage Tags modal.
- Number of Automations/Schedules assigned to the tag are displayed.
Create Tag:
- Tag Name is required validation message display when clicking on modal is expected.
- The Error toasts Automation/Schedule tag {tagname} already exists. and Automation tag name "\" is invalid; the tag name must not be empty and must not contain slashes.
Delete Tag:
- Delete confirmation modal displays the prompt.
