How to extract PDF (image data) to Excel ?

I had a similar situation and the OCR tecnology was perfect for me.

There is a custom transform called TesseractCaller that you can use.

Thank you ​@danilo_fme I have checked the same with my company, For IT security reason TESSERACT.exe is not allowed to be installed. 

So if there is any alternative OCR s/w that is recommended, please let me know.
