Over the past few weeks, we’ve been sharing our Community 101 series here in the FME Community, highlighting features, spaces, and opportunities that many members told us they didn’t know about (or weren’t quite sure how to use).
From Special Interest Groups and in-person events, to sharing ideas that shape FME, finding answers faster, and discovering how the Community can support your career, we hope at least one post helped you see the Community a little differently.
The big takeaway?
- There’s no single “right way” to use the FME Community.
- You might: Read quietly and search when you’re stuck
- Follow tags and topics that matter to your work
- Join a SIG or attend an event
- Vote on ideas or share feedback
- Jump into discussions when you’re ready
All of it counts. And all of it helps shape the Community and FME itself!
This series was inspired by feedback from you, and we’ll keep using community input to guide what we build and share next. If there’s something you’d like to learn more about, or a topic you think deserves a future Community 101, let us know in the comments.
Thanks for being part of the FME Community, we’re glad you’re here.
More "Community 101” posts may pop up in the future…so stay tuned! 😉
