In order to not forget that, I am trying to create an Automation that gets triggered by the License About To Expire trigger, but I am not sure when this trigger occurs. Is it one week before or one month?

If you go to System Configuration → System Events → Configurations → License About to Expire you can set the notification schedule. It defaults to 7 days like
You can also add email settings right there, so no need to set up an Automation.
+44I’m pretty sure the original suggestion was 7 days before expiry, but not sure what was actually implemented.
There’s always the option to make a weekly api call to check the expiry date and notify when x amount of days left

I have one question:
+44According to the screenshot you get one daily, so if you have it set to 7 days you get one 7 days before, 6 days before, 5 days before etc.
