Yes, see here - https://hub.safe.com/publishers/safe/packages/emailer
I believe Safe did release something on this, but can't seem to find it. @mark2atsafe might be able to point you in the right direction
We just went through this process to migrate from basic auth to modern auth. You will first need to be on 2022.2 of FME Server first. For FME Server IMAP polling and SMTP you will need to create an Azure Active Directory App Registration and give it SMTP and IMAP permissions. After configuring this app registration, you can then provide the client ID in FME Server.
As far as an email within a workspace, the emailer transformer has been updated as @hkingsbury mentioned, which provides this functionality.
Hi @faheem ,
As @hkingsbury and @Chris Warren have mentioned support has been added for Microsoft modern authentication in both the Emailer transformer (Package v3.2.0) and FME Server Automations/Notifications/System Email (v2022.2). This information is also noted in this article: https://community.safe.com/s/article/Invalid-Credentials-Unable-to-receive-or-send-email-with-basic-authentication-in-FME

Hi @Chris Warren , @hollyatsafe
Thanks heaps for explaining how to migrate from basic auth to modern auth on the FME Server. I will try it with our IT department to register FME Server app.
Do you happen to know how to create Microsoft Mail Web connection? I mean, what steps (and where) need to be done by our IT department, to grant required permission to the FME Desktop?
Thanks a lot in advance.
Regards,
Dmitry
