Create a Custom Download Link for Results from Data Download Service

Hi,

 

I tried the method explained here (https://knowledge.safe.com/articles/678/create-a-custom-download-link-for-results-from-dat.html) in order to create a custom download link but it doesn't work.

I put in attached my config file. Does someone has an idea where I am wrong?

    As a quick guess...

    You have ResultRootDir=/test01 but FME_WORKING_DIR !FME_SERVER_ROOT!/Test_download - maybe they should be the same? ie use test01 instead of Test_download for the working directory.

    The example on that page uses the same values, but doesn't say if that is just coincidence or is necessary. So that would be the first thing I tried.

    If that doesn't help - and no-one else here has a solution - then do please contact either your local reseller or the Safe support team and we can investigate further.
