FME Flow version: 2024.2.5 build 24832 - win64

In Automation, I can successfully send out emails when there’s only one receiver, but when I try multiple receivers or use CC, it will fail with error:

Success log:

In outlook, the recipient limit been set to 500. Any other place I should look at?

What email provider are you using? If its O365/Outlook, i’d suggest speaking with the team that is responsible for managing that service as it could be a limitation/block on their side.

I just testing with gmail, the follow two email concatenations and both worked as expected:

  • hamish.kingsbury@aaa.com,hamish.kingsbury@bbb.com
  • hamish.kingsbury@aaa.com, hamish.kingsbury@bbb.com

@hkingsbury I checked with our IT, there’s no failed log on their side, feels like Flow is not sending those out before it even reaches email server.

Are the sender email addresses the same both times?

Also, have you tested each of the recipient addresses individually? Maybe one of them is not correct…? Although in that case I’d expect to there to be an error returned from the email server
