Where is the FME Server Web Root?
I have installed FME Server 2014 and would like to set up the data distribution html / js / css files as in the demo at http://demos.fmeserver.com/datadistribution-googlemaps/index.html. However, I can't find the web root of the FME Server Web Application Server. Where is it, such that when I go to:
