Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to use the HTTPCaller Transformer to GET records from our Accela Permitting Platform. It is hosted on Azure. Accela has an API named Accela Construct API. I have been trying to configure the HTTPCaller with the instructions from their API with no luck. Has anyone tried to use the HTTPCaller to obtain permit records from Accela? could you share a screenshot of your HTTPCaller parameters? so I can get an idea on what I am doing wrong?

I made a Web Connection instead of using HTTP Caller. Thank you all for your responses.

Alternatively, would you be able to share what you’ve tried so far, along with the Accela documentation? (blanking out passwords and api keys of course)

Yes. If you shared what you have then we can troubleshoot.

Also any response codes you get back from server. You may be connecting but the response code (http 401: bad request for example) will help troubleshoot too!
