Hi @nedwaterman, would you be able to confirm that your web connection is working? You can view your web connection by navigating to Tools > FME Options > Web Connections and checking your credentials. It might also be worth trying to create a new connection from scratch.
Another thing you can try is specifying your Region in your S3Connector. This is an optional field but filling that out can help remove any latency in your connection.
Thanks Sara - i have fixed the issue. Not a FME problem, just that the download file was being blocked by security. All fixed now!
