Reprojection faliled

Can you please post a screenshot illustrating the Reprojector parameters setting?

The red background of edit box means that the parameter setting is invalid.

Since you have chosen Esri Reprojection Engine for the workspace, a coordinate system name may be different in FME 2023.

Try setting again appropriate coordinate system name.

I think this screenshot illustrates your intended setting - equivalent to EPSG:4326.

Safe (FME) are actually aligned with https://epsg.io/ so it's Esri that would need to adjust here 😄
