Could you please let me know is there any transformer to do Radiometric calibration and Atmospheric correction in FME?

Hello @p15rajan, thanks for posting! I think you should check out the RasterConvolver transformer, this can be used for applying filters on imagery. Here is a blog that will help explain how the transformer works! Hope this helps, Kailin.
