problem when connecting to license server

Hi

a customer has a floating licence for FME Workbench (installed on a PC named sigflower)

all the connections from clients are working properly, the access to license file is OK.

But they want to launch FME Workbench, from the license server machine sigflower, where it is installed

In this case, FME License Assistant indicates that it's impossible to create a licence file :

do you have any idea ?
