Output a count of zero from the Tester Transformer on failed conditions.

Hello All,

I have a Tester transformer that ideally produces no Failed outputs but I want to count the number of Failed outputs, even if its zero. I've tried a few things with no results. The Failed output from the tester doesn't seem to produce any data or if it does, I don't know how to access it.
