Hi @veyselakatay,
Am I understanding correctly that you want to convert datums from a geoid to an ellipsoid? I think that this article on Creating Vertical Adjustment Grid files for use with FME might be a helpful resource to do that. As well as Which transformer do I use to do a 3D reprojection (vertical datums)?, and this blog post here about Heights in Coordinate Systems that links to some vertical adjustment grids.
