Many AGOL Feature Layer (hosted) to One AGOL Feature Layer (hosted) with attachments intact

I've got a bunch of AGOL Feature Layer (hosted) created with different schemas and I'm combining them into One AGOL Feature Layer (hosted).

 

I can see the AGOL READ is seeing the "Photo Attachments", I can fix schema/attribute variations but "Photo Attachments" are not moving across the New Feature Layer.
