In Form (2024.1) the FME Flow connection is overwritten when creating a new database connection.
This behavior is in our Citrix environment.
Why is this happening and what can I do about it? Doesn't have a clue at the moment.

Other than ensuring the db connection does not overwrite by unselecting when publishing, you could try the embed option.
What version of Flow are you publishing to? 2024.1? Your version of Form and Flow are the same? A miss match can cause problems. Hope this helps!
It's still not working. Creating connections in Form are overwriting the Flow connection.
