In FME workbench, How can I export a list of the writer feature type user attributes' name, type and width , in other words, I need to have a csv file with the schema of the writer feature type.

I don't think there is a way to get information about user attributes from a writer feature type, unfortunately.
As the second best way, you can read schema (including attribute names and data types) from a destination dataset using a Schema (Any format) Reader.
