FME server fails to connect and returns this message “Could not connect to FME Core. Please ensure that it is running”;

Hi All,

After log in to the FME server with its credentials, it fails to connect and returns this message “Could not connect to FME Core. Please ensure that it is running”

I used FME Desktop and server 2015.1.0.2.

What might be the issue here?
