FMW has been encrypted by adding a password, then I deleted the password and saved, at the same moment I opened the fmw and found it was still encrypted.
Then I closed the workbench, I cann't reopen the fmw, because I can't input an "NULL" password.

this sounds like an issue you should send to Safe support, I'm sure they'd like to fix it before the final relase of FME 2014.
