Even if its a couple of months before FME 2013 will be releases I'm eager to try out FME 2014 on both Linux (Ubuntu) and Mac OS X. Is it possible to become a alpha/beta (or even pre-alpha?) tester of FME 2014 in some way?
I've noted you in my spreadsheet of such folks. We are still a ways away from having it stable, but i can report it is *starting* to run.  But patience still needed, and you'll be among the first to know when we have something.
If possible, also add me in in the Ubuntu 2014-list of beta-testers. Mostly interested to compare the Linux version versus the PC version in terms of performance and stability.
I'd love to be an alpha/beta tester for Mac OS X 2014 if possible as well. Been eagerly awaiting this!
Hello hear_it_here & SigTill, suggest you send support@safe.com a message indicating your interest and ask Dan I to get you added to the list.

We'll post here as well once we have something for folks to try.  It is still early days, but its looking promising.
I'm a little late to the party, I realize, but I'd appreciate it if you could add me to the spreadsheet of Mac OS X alpha/beta testers as well.
Never too late @Alboss -- we're getting a bit closer now and have set up a system to collect potential early testers.

Please visit http://fme.ly/mcfme if you'd like to be in the first batch.

It will still be a few more weeks until we begin the roll out, but we wanted to let you know what we are very serious and that great progress in our porting has been made.

Hi @gabriel_hirsch ! Do you still use FME with Linux regularly? Does it work great on FME2019?

I run FME on my private Mac and it works! But the user experience differs comparing to FME on a Windows machine.

Just wanted to mention that we've got a new user experience study in the FME Exlplorer's Program if that might be of interest? Perhaps there's somewhere to input your feedback on working on the Mac version and shaping how that looks and feels in the future! (:
