Hi @azajarc, you should be able to use both Reade and Writer in Dynamic setting.
NOTE: SDE30 Dynamic writer will require a careful structured workflow with regards to bounds of data in order to avoid errors.

Also, please bear in mind Legacy ArcSDE reader & writer have been deprecated in newer versions of FME. See the article Esri Legacy ArcSDE . If you are using an older version of FME and ArcGIS then dynamic reader and writer should work with the FME ArcSDE Legacy reader & writer.
