Hello,

i would like to aks you, if you could help me with downloading data from website. i would like to download from this website: http://www.meteo.si/uploads/meteo/app/inca/?par=si0zm. if you open the link, you can see the red frame, in case of rain or snow in this frame shows precipitation with different colors. i would like to download frame and precipitation. i do not now how to download this. i hope you can help me.

They should point you towards the documentation or at least provide you with some tips

Yes, I don't think this is something you can use FME to scrape data from. You would need to ask the INCA project if they have a live feed, like a WMS, that FME could read from. I couldn't find one, but that doesn't mean it won't exist.
