Hi,
It's not an error, is a warning. If the workspace was created with an older version of FME Workbench, usually you can run and edit it with the newer Workbench.

I've downloaded last version of FME, but I still cannot open the model. After clicking on continue pure model is opening
If you cannot open an existing workspace (*.fmw) with the latest version of Workbench, it could be an exceptional case caused by a specific condition, and I cannot help you in such a case, sorry.
I'd recommend you to ask Safe's support, sending the workspace.
