If you want to get the value of attribute and change it for a attribute name, I suggest you to use the transformer AttributeExploder:

Thank you for your reply.
AttributeExploder geneated a combination of _attr_name and _attr_value.
I woud like to generate a parameter with the value from a _attr_value.
