I've heard of The Spatial Community Slack Channel and I know there is an FME YouTube Channel, but are there any other websites (forums, publications, etc.) that you frequent for sponging up FME knowledge or go to for FME help?

Takashi has a good blog, not updated anymore but there is still some good info http://fme-memorandum-takashi.blogspot.ie/

Stackexchange tends to throw up some good info

https://gis.stackexchange.com/questions/tagged/fme

and some companies like 1 spatial and sterlinggeo keep up to date and provide webinars and tips

https://1spatial.com/on-demand-webinars/

http://www.sterlinggeo.com/fme-workbench-index/

but in fairness as @danilo_inovacao says the best place is here -- the knowledge center is an excellent resource
