@managementsw Can you please expand on your question? It's not clear what you mean by the welcome page.
If you're new to FME then I recommend you contact your FME supplier for introductory training or you can use the on-line training resources for getting started with FME. In particular Introduction to FME Desktop 2019.
But if you're looking to combine data from an excel and a dwg file, just start by dragging the files onto the workbench canvas.

in the attach, in the file kme.zip there is the word with the page where we want add the 2 file, can you see in sample-data file in the page "getting started exercisies"

+2Ciao @managementsw as I understood you are following an FME Desktop tutorial. My suggestion in this first step is to follow the instruction as is. At the end you will have a complete workspace where you can add files as you needs.
