I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my free "Single-Fixed License" to a new computer. My old computer is in trouble and I need to transfer the license to another one.

Hi, yes that is of course possible, but you'll have to contact the FME reseller/partner where your license was bought. They should be able to help you fairly quickly.
