The Path variable seems to be ok - the Client can connect to the Oracle database - Some issue between the Application and version of Oracle installed.

Transalation using Fme desktop 2012 fails error - Oracle client libraries could not be loaded. Ensure the client is installed and properly configured. Check the System path Environment Varialble.

Hi,

Hi,
If you're using the Oracle Instant Client, be sure to read this article.
My experience is that the full Oracle client install is the easiest to work with, though.
