+60If I do a silent (command-line) installation of FME would it be possible to set the shared resource folder as well? I don't see a flag for it in the documentation.
Same question applies to some of the other FME options (database connections file, network proxy settings). If those could be set during a silent install it would make it easier for IT staff to run them more frequently.

It's not possible at the moment, but there's an existing request for this (PR#63876) so I will add your details to that request so you are contacted when it is implemented. That PR covers shared resources, database connections, and proxies, just as you are asking for!
It is scheduled for 2017, but I can't guarantee that it will definitely happen. What I will do is increase the priority, which will help.
