Is there any step by step guide to upgrade FME 2014 to 2016.2.1?

Unable to start the FME server services after the upgrade to 2016.1.2.1

    Not that I know of, possibly is this the closest to a guide:

    and you can always submit a case for support.

    There is a section in the FME Server User docs on upgrading that may help you.
