Is possible to have FME Desktop and Server in windows and License manager in Linux

Want to build a set up license manager in Linux and FME Desktop and server in windows os. Please let me know is this possbile

Yes, that should be no problem. FME Server has its own licensing mechanism so it's independent of the FlexLM license manager.

Yes, this is possible. I would take a look at this documentation first to highlight some of the considerations for installing a Floating License on Linux, particularly the Before You Begin page:

If the relevant network configuration changes for FME Desktop to communicate with the license server are made, then you should be good to go.
