In addition to the other excellent answers, my recommendation would be to simply contact Safe and state your case (i.e. make a good argument) for why you would benefit from a student license for FME Server and what you hope to accomplish with it. You never know...

Woops, this link is for students
The license is available only for FME Desktop but not for FME Server. I already obtained my student license for FME Desktop. I am looking to use FME Server for which student license is not mentioned in the website. @nicholas
