installation of FME floating licence

HI

for obtention of licence code in case of floating licence for FME Desktop, I would like to know if the informations contained in the MD-DOS command : ipconfig/all,

are sufficient....

I won't be able on site to be connected everytime, so I would ask the customer to type this command on the server computers where the licences will be installed.

    That is one way to do it. Alternatively, you could ask them to send you the file "hostid.txt" that is automatically created by the floating license service the first time it is started. That file will contain everything that is needed in a more compact form that the ipconfig settings.
