FTPCaller Does Not Acknowledge Certificate

I have an FTPCaller configured and attempting to download a file from an FTP site. I've installed the certificate on the machine that I am running this workspace. I receive an error stating:

I setup a site in Filezilla (same machine) and it works fine. Any thoughts? @takashi
