FMEFlowJobSubmitter error: JedisConnectionException – Failed to connect to any host resolved for DNS name

Hello,

I am trying to run a workspace using FMEFlowJobSubmitter to our FME Flow server, but the job submission fails.

The log shows the following error:

This workflow was working with our previous installation using FME Flow 2023, but since our new installation the job submission fails.

Does anyone know what could cause this error?

I’d also suggest checking that the machine FME is running on correctly resolves its url back to it’s self. To do this, login into the machine running FME, open up a browser and navigate to the domain you’re using.

It may also pay to check what URL values are set in the FME config files
