HI !

If you haven't heard, the next generation of consoles, Microsoft’s Xbox Series X and Sony’s PlayStation 5, will support Unreal Engine platform. Source

Maybe you're seeing me coming... because as you know, FME does support Unreal Engine. Source

Do you think that it could be hypothetically possible to push data on those consoles with FME and navigate into it with consoles controllers?

I like to dream...

I would think so, because if they have the Unreal development platform on there, then they must have a way to load data, you would think.

So yes, have FME write data direct to your Xbox or PS5 and use it on Unreal there. Very cool.

I also think it must be possible to trigger workspaces from within a game too, so you could run Server workspaces from within a game! Or even just set it up to run FME workspaces from your PlayStation. Wouldn't that be something?!
