FME Floating license system failure licence server does not support this feature (-18)
My FlexLM version is Flex 11.13.1.4
FME version is 2017

I found the answer to my question :-) When floting licence server stop/start User has to re-activate the license server. If you don't activate the license file, (-18) error pops up.
