I have a client who has no troubles installing FME 2018.1.2.0 (build 18590) in A Citrix environment. He tries to upgrade to 2019.0 (build 19238) and get a error message:
I have not had the time to troubleshoot too much, anyone seen similar and knows what might cause this problem?
Are there perhaps any other users connected to the same terminal server? FME does include some shared libraries in the installation, if they're in use by some other user the system will have to be restarted for the files to be upgraded.
+50This simply means that the install tried to update some files that were being used by a running system. Once it's been rebooted it should commence installation and be fine after that.
