Existing FME Desktop and FME Server version 2015.1 will support Windows Server 2019??

According to the tech specs it looks like it should be ok but since the OS is so much newer I agree with @antoine and recommend you try it out on a VM first. Also keep in mind that FME 2015 will no longer be supported when FME 2020 is released in a couple of months.

Why dont you create a VM to test it?
