We are targeting a future release of FME 2022.x to be compatible with ArcGIS Pro 3.0
The team is definitely preparing for the release of ArcGIS Pro 3.0. but right now we cannot guarantee the exact version of FME that will be compatible.
We'll be sure to update here when we can confirm the version of FME that is compatible with ArcGIS Pro 3.0.
