After upgrading to FME Server/Desktop to 2022.1 we are now having issues with the workbenches running SQLite with a joiner. The application stops on this transformer. Appears to connect them nothing after. Any ideas?

Sorry you're running into this issue. It looks like the engine is crashing.  A coupe of questions to dig deeper:

1. Is the workspace failing on both FME Desktop and FME Server?
2. Are you able to share the workspace for me to take a look at? 
3. Can you also share the translation log from Desktop. 
4. Do  you have a successful job log from before the upgrade? 
5. When was this workspace created/authored?

I notice a warning message in your job log before the log cuts off:

SQLite Reader will run in compatibility mode. Legacy SQLite workspaces do not support unicode characters. There may be changes in behavior with table and/or column names. If names cannot be interpreted as unicode or with the system locale we will attempt a lossy conversion

Additionally, 0 features were retrieved after Database read was complete.  Do you know how many features are you expecting?
