We’ve recently received feedback that some users are experiencing confusion around email preferences, with users reporting that they accidentally unsubscribed from all Safe Software emails when they meant to opt out of only certain types of communications.
The good news is you don’t have to choose between all or nothing. Rather than unsubscribing from everything, you can hand-select exactly what you’d like to hear from us across Product, Marketing, and Sales updates, and update those preferences at any time.
Here’s How:
Step 1: Scroll to the bottom of any email from Safe Software.
Step 2: Select the middle option, ‘Email Preferences’
Step 3: You'll be taken to a preferences page where you can check or uncheck which topics you want to stay in the loop on.
We hope this helps anyone wanting to streamline their inbox while ensuring they don’t miss the FME updates that matter most to them!
