With FME upgrade to 2021.2.0.1 my workbenches are failing . I have used aggregator and geometry Validator . Also it gives application error if I try to run it from Command prompt.

There could be many reasons why it's failing, which would be revealed in the log file. What is the specific error listed in the log file?
@jdaswani05 If you cannot share any details on the community then you should probably open a support case with your FME supplier. Give the details of the FME version you were running, the failed log file and the workspace.

We upgraded from 2020.2.2.0 to 2021.2.0.1 and have application error issue with only few workbenches using Aggregator and Geometry validator transformers, same workbenches running successfully in the 2020.2.2.0(old version). At the point FME failed we get application error in event log as below:
