What's the process to rename FME PlugIn Java SDK classes?

The documentation "FMEPlugInSDK_Java.pdf" refers to a script "rename_format_java.py" that presumably renames classes and files so you can build your own custom plugin.

Where is this file? It does not appear to be installed (though similar corresponding scripts for C++ and Python plugins are present).

It looks like our documentation has gotten ahead of our code in the last half-year, and this part of the documentation is now defunct.
