In System Cleanup on FME Server UI you can set tasks do remove files (in Source Folder) older than some amount.

Does it delete all subfolders in that given Source Folder?

Hi @zzupljanin,

It does delete the sub folders. For instance the Delete_Job_logs tasks will delete all the jobs and the automatically created sub folders. Was there a specific task or circumstance in which you wanted different behaviour?
